After entering any of those websites, you will get an application form button. You have to press the button. Then you will get an application form. You have to fill up the form with necessary information stated above. After filling up of the form carefully, you need to add your photograph and signature. The acceptable size of the photo is 300/300 and the signature 300/80 pixel.
