1. Candidate need to possess Master’s degree from any acknowledged university.

3. Candidates with 3rd class at any stage need not apply.
4. Candidates’ age must be at least 62 .
5. Candidates must possess good health so as to run their duties.
6. Candidates will be appointed for 3 years on stipulation.
